Thanks to everyone who came along and helped make the shows such a blast. It was such a rush looking out from the stage to see you dancing and singing along. Hope we didn't blast you too much with our glitter cannon. Review here www.soundsxp.com/875.shtml

And this one The Priscillas - Boston Arms The Priscillas take to the stage as if they own it - Not only do they own it, but they're about to put the rent up; they have that star quality attitude in buckets. Not only do they have the look and the attitude, they've actually got the songs to back it up with. After the now traditional 'Dallas' theme music that opens the set, they burst into Rip Up Your Photograph and a ripple of excitement spreads through the crowd - people are dancing, even at the back. It's an instantly catchy song; reminiscent of something a 60's girl band would play if they'd only ever listened to the Ramones while rehearsing. Jen has a superb, distinct voice; it evokes memories of scratchy 45's played on plastic record players with too much treble. Combine that with the Guri's grungy, crunchy guitar and you've got an unbeatable, devastating frontal assault. They've even got a new song, Zombies in LA which slips effortlessly into the set and gets everyone dancing again. All you can see onstage is a blur of blond hair that is Guri and Kate (bass) striding around the stage, wielding guitars like AK-47's. Mavis, on drums, provides the backbone like a violent, dangerous little pixie on acid. You go and see the Priscillas and you get a show – superb pop/rock songs, larger then life performers, huge boots and cute little capes. World domination should be just around the corner.
