Felicitations Dearest Priscillas I am concerned that my dear Johnny is straying. He disappears for hours on end, and not even my delicious buns seem to keep him at home any more. Can you possibly suggest any recipies or tasty titbits that may keep Johnny closer to the home fire? Last night I was hoping that perhaps a cream horn would alight Johnny's passion, but to no avail. I am of course worrying that perhaps Fanny doesn't do it for Johnny any more All help greatly appreciated my dears Love from Fanny

Hmmmm, recipes to keep your Johnny from slipping.
How about whipping up some of your speciality batter, fanny?
A main course of pork in cider might be one to add to your man-keeping menu.
Or perhaps tempting him with some giant melons, covered in cream? That's always a fantastic dessert.
Any other ideas, dear readers?

No no no no no. You've got it all wrong. Can't you see It's not your cooking thats upsetting him its exactly this attitude. take a step back, chill a little, pretend you dont care, hey, if it helps maybe even pinch a hole in mr little rubber johnny. then when you two go find your appointment at the family planning clinic (arrive late of course) you can argue like little kids and blame eatch other for spawning what will become societies downfall.
problem solved.

Thank you for all your kind words and advice... Frog - I am an elderly lady and way past childbearing age. In fact if you look at my early TV broadcasts... I've always been old with hair that doesn't move... Priscillas - I have taken your wise words on board and am being more experimental in my cooking. In fact tonight, I am making Beef Curtain Stroganoff, followed by a dessert of warmed plums. Let's hope Johnny gets a taste for the finer things once again... Love from Fanny
